This company sold me credit card service for my business with the offer of a FREE key pad for processing debit cards. Then the salesman added a monthly charge and three year contract after I signed the contract. I received the machine in the mail but could not get anyone to set it up with the proper codes to work. After numerous phone calls, letters and faxes I finally reached a Relationship manager who gave me a postage return code and accepted the key machine, but never canceled the contract.
