On June 15, I requested repair services from William Henderson Plumbing for my Carrier Heat Pump. The unit was not functioning, no air conditioning. After diagnosis, it was determined that two (2) parts (Hard Start Kit w/Relay) were required to fix the unit. The technician returned the following day to install and complete repair plus do preventive maintenance on the unit. The unit seemed to operate well.
