People, please beware and investigate buying/selling a timeshare before it is too late. There are some good ones, and there are also the other ones. The timeshare may sound very good at the beginning but be a nightmare later on trying to divest of it (that's me). But it is my own fault. The trip was nice (no snow), warm beaches, good drinks, nice weather. Just that it created the mood to do it again. A few drinks and it looked very good. DUH!!
