My grandfather who is 92 had his gas cut off by this company for being 12 days overdue on a $133 bill. Terasen Gas cut his service with no warning or even a knock at the door in winter!! he had no heat or water for 16 days! They did this so they could collect a $100 reconnection fee and a $400 security deposit.
