We thought we were really going to get a good quality product with good quality service when we purchased our Owens Corning Basement Finishing System. Sure it was 5 times, if not more expensive than if we had it finished traditionally but the guarantee of service after the sale really sold us. Of course, this was not an issue when we experienced our very first problem no sooner than they had finished installing the system.
