I ordered a pair for Umi boots for my daughter as a Christmas present. I got them today - obviously used with dirty soles and there was a filthy sock in one of them. I called customer service and a guy called Lef explained, that they are a liquidation site so things like this might happen. Helloo?? If you are a thrift store, say so. Very unprofessional attitude, I wanted to talk to his supervisor/manager but he became very rude, pretending that he does not understand me and explaining that the manager is busy with administrative tasks. read full review »
