Rented the same Movie twice...would not play the first time so I hoped if I rented it again I might get a different copy. NO ... same bad copy. I have asked for the return of my rental fee. I did not get to watch any of the movie. Have not heard a word back from them. Will not use REDBOX again. Austin TExas read full review »
