I ordered 3 items and after waiting several weeks found out that 2 of them were on back order and would not make it for Christmas. So I canceled the order to which they replied they cannot guarantee cancellation - their ordering system is so backward that they cannot assure an order will be canceled. 5 days AFTER I canceled the order I get notified they have sent it and because it was a computer game they say I CANNOT return it.
