Took 29 days for computer to arrive. Numerous phone calls and emails on status were never answered. I finally left a message that I wanted to cancel the order unless I heard from them in 2 days. It shipped the next day. Came missing keyboard and one other part which were backordered. Sound card does not work. Back gaskets falling off. Its a $2800 machine. Came with zero documentation. Have been trying for 2 days to contact tech support. Either no answer on the phone or they say leave a message. They don't call back. Used their on-line... read full review »
