DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered 2 UGG boots for my kids and what they sent me were not real UGG's. They admitted in an email their UGG's were fake and if you read the return policy they will not pay delivery and will only partially refund you for returns. I am STILL waiting for my refund.
