We ordered the Disney Princess Dress Up Trunk and the Disney Princess Shoe Collection for our daughter for Christmas. When we received the shipment, we received two of the Disney Princess Dress Up Trunks. I called to talk to their customer service department to rectify the situation and was treated quite poorly. I have a confirmation e-mail with a picture of both of the items I ordered and I forwarded this to the customer service agent while I was on the phone with her.
