I ordered a handbag from this website claiming to be authentic Gucci products. When i questioned it, they removed the "authentic" after I placed my order. Stupid me, I should have checked first. When i received my item, it was not the color stated on the website. It was brown instead of ebony/black as stated. They claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will replace the produce if it is their fault. They refuse to replace my item and I'm stuck with it because the return address is in Japanese and they are no longer responding to my e-mails.
