To my biggest regret, I ordered Christmas presents for 8 people with HerbalRemedies.com on Dec. 6, which was confirmed and charged to my credit card right away. They never showed up. On Dec. 17, I requested cancellation via message form due to no human on the phone. They told me my order is being shipped the next day, so I cannot cancel. On Dec. 21, I repeated the same thing.
