Reading other peoples complaints was like reading my notes this last year. S.H. should be gotten rid of. I'll TRY to be brief. Signed up 12-2009 with Dental, STILL WAITING, wrong Doctor on card, even if i go to panel Doc. I must pay and ask S.H. for reinbursement $315 for basic Office call . Sent in Disenrollment within time limits after 20 calls not happy, every time I call since Feb.2010 - different REP., Will get back to me, Have superviser call me, ect.
