The product does not work as I found out after using it for 30 days, so I tried to get in contact with the company with no luck. I was reading the complaints of other people and one person said you can get your money back if you called the company that does the billing. The company name is www.2checkout.com and their phone number is 877-294-0273. They can get the company to send you an RA# and after you send back the chip with delivery conformation per their instructions, wait for about 5 days and call them back with your delivery conformation number. They will then issue you a credit once they verify you sent it back to the company. read full review »
