Ordered an Aliph Jawbone bluetooth earpiece. Advertised as new. They sent it in a plastic bag, taped shut! Was used or refurbished, but not advertised as such. Jawbones come in plastic boxes. They never admitted to being so unethical and then expected me to pay for the return shipping, even though I never would have purchased it had I known it was used!
