We were told that if we bought the furniture now and if it came on sale, they would refund us the difference. We called 2X to check if furniture was on sale around Thanksgiving week. There was no reply. We had to go into the store to find out about the sale and confronted the sales person. He toldus tht he tried to call but did not get an answer. Supposedly the paperwork was initiated. But 15 days later, we still did not get the credit. My husband now has to drive to the showroom again just to talk to someone.
