Unauthorized phone lines added, they smooth talked and took advantage of an 83 year old man and his 12 year old grandson. they lied, misled, and cheated them. charging them $394.00 for a new Droid and gave them a used Droid. they would not refund the money the next day after they found out is was used and tthat they added an additional line with out permission, with out charging him a $190.00 restock fee.
