I called to cancel my service in July 2010, because I lost my job & couldn't afford to pay wireless service. The representative fast talked me into putting my account on hold explaining I had earned money so if I chose to continue my services at a later date I could use that money towards a new phone or etc... Months went by & I didn't know it but Verizon activated my wireless service. Next thing I know I receive a bill for $101.34.
