I bought a 2005 Chevy Malibu from them in July of 2010. First of all, they disabled the check engine light becasue it kept coming on. I complained about that. Well, if the check engine light had worked I would have known that there were serious issues with the car. After having the car for 5 months, the transmission starting slipping, and I bought the warranty and I took it to the Chevy dealer, and the Chevy dearler had my car for a week.
