I ordered a phone online and was charged three times for the same item because of an authorization error. When I called the customer service about this after THREE HOURS OF WAITING ON THE PHONE the only thing that they can tell me is that I have to wait 1-2 days to get the money credited back to my account, despite the fact that it was THEIR FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE. In 2 days it will be almost Christmas and this is completely unacceptable because if someone is able to so easily take money out of my account, they should easily be able to put it back in. Now I am out of $100 until further notice. Completely unacceptable. read full review »
