I was looking for the phone number for another location, so i called the number on my reciept because i shopped at the Bay Parkway location on Saturday. I could not get in touch with anyone even though the recording said that they were open 24hrs for the Holidays. I was holding for 24 minutes at one point to have some one hang up the phone on me. This is reall not the direction Toys R Us should be going because we have a ton of ways to shop and crossing them off the shopping list will NOT be an issue.
