I fell for their empty promises too! I paid them $3, 000.00 to modify my mortgage that I am struggling to pay, they would NEVER call me back. I would love to start a Class Action Lawsuit so we can ALL get our money back and some pain and suffering on top of it. This made an extremely frustrating circumstance that much worse!!!
