Had ordered a hamster habitat from Petco. Fedex had it on 12/16/2010. For the next 3 days they noted they could not deliver package due to weather conditions. The weather conditions were sunny in the upper 30's. It had snowed earlier in the week but the roads had been cleared and the temperature in the upper 30's had melted all the ice on the roads. UPS trucks were out delivering. Saw a DHL truck delivering to a business. USPS delivered several packages. So why did Fedex say the weather prevented them from delivering?
