I plugged the Jupiter Jack into my phone & it worked fine. When I pulled the JJ out of my phone & tried to make a phone call I had no sound on my phone & I couldn't make or recieve calls. I took my phone to my carriers store to see what the problem was & they told me that the JJ was still acting as though it was connected. So to make a long story short, the jupiter jack which cost me $4.99 destroyed a $400.00 phone that was no longer under warranty!
