Visited store tuesday dec 21st, 2010. Auto dept. Sales staff very helpful in locating dog bone wrench. Rang up and was told they were not on sale. The price was 24.95. Ran out to car and retrieved tuesdays sears ad. Advertised for 14.95. Called dept. mgr. for override which did not seem to be a problem. Dept. mgr. informed me the ad was not til wednesday. But he agreed to discount to 19.95 which was a previous sale price. I stated that the register had it for 24.95. and neither 19.95 or 14.95 according to him and the computer were not valid... read full review »
