Ordered a free CD with a shipping only cost of $1.97. Never received CD but did receive a $47.00 charge on my C/C statement. Called their 1-800 number and always got a recorded message and no return calls. Cancelled my C/C and reported charge as fraudulant with Amex. Amex is investigating and I'm awaiting outcome.
