I paid for breeding rights for my Old English Mastiff. I got his preliminary hip xrays done at a year old to make sure I could breed him. That was in June of 2010. It is now Dec. 2010 and she is still arguing that she does not have to warrenty him. I have sent in the xrays to OFA and sent them to her vet to look at and they both said the same thing. IT WAS GENETIC!! Which is what she was arguing about. Now she said that if i don't take him to her vet to get another set of xrays done (2 1/2 hours away) she wont do anything.
