I ordered a guitar pedal for $18.61. This was early November. It is now late December. I emailed and didn't get a response. I tried getting on their website to check my order status, and the website wouldn't open (error screen). I then came across a site that had 17 reviews for the store/ site. Each review was for one star. Almost every review said JooRat charged them and never sent the order. The ones that said other things in their reviews stated that they were sent different items.
