My fiance originally purchased a few bottles of wine from winebuys.com as a Christmas present for me. When the box arrived, it contained the wrong shipment. As my fiance is currently deployed in Afghanistan, I offered to call winebuys.com to settle the problem. When I called December 10, 2010, I received no apology and was told a UPS label was coming my way so I could ship the wine to the correct recipient.
