In late November 2010, I started talking to "Faith" about adopting 2 puppies that were rescued. Faith told me how cute the "Boys" were and how they were going to be neutered and microchipped before they could be delivered. I spoke to someone in the vets office on the day of the neuter and was told that there were 8 dogs of hers there that day and no bloodwork or microchip done on any of the dogs.
