STAY AWAY! I was charged two 4.95 service fee for not keeping a minimum balance in my account when I was never told that this was the case. I was toldy by the Elmhurst branch located in JEWEL that there was no minimum balance only to be told by the location in McHenry that there is a certain balance. Leads me to beleive that the tellers of the bank are not being trained very well. To clear this up I deposited 800 dollars into the account only to find that I was charged another service fee. This bank is a fraud and really reminds me of the idea that if something is too good to be true in life it proably is. Take my recomendation and stay away! read full review »
