There was a leak from the ceiling of our guest room bath that looked like it was coming from the fire sprinkler system.they sent out someone to check it and created a hole in the dry wall ceiling.when they found that it was not from the sprinkler system, they left it open and states it's not covered by warranty. they should replace the hole they made and have us deal with what caused the leak.they didn't explain or made us agree to what they would do to troubleshoot the issue.very deceitful! read full review »
