I made my first mistake by not doing my research on companies, so do DUE DILIGENCE in research. I hired this CHEAT based on price and that was my first mistake. He quotes lower than normal but doesn't do the work. He brings inexperienced cheap labor for Tree Trimming which is a bad idea. His guys, cut down my first palm tree ok, then on the second one they tried to cut down the tree by half and pulling on the top.
