Our company used Qwest for many years and had the business package of phone & internet services. According to our agreement, our HSI speeds were supposed to be 1.5M/896K. We have never received those speeds--this year a real problem because we found we could not upload large files. (Job plans & Specs.) Qwest had been contacted in the past about this.
