I to think this company is a scam. How are you in good grace with the BBB. I order a laptop on November 26, 2010. I had the 7-10 business day mailing. Today is December 22, 2010. Three day before Christmas and my baby girl will not have her computer. The only thing I'm asking for is the return of my full amount of $149.89. Without having to paid these fees after cancel my order. I feel your company broke the agreement when I did not recieve my purchase between the 7-10 business days, so why do I have to be pentalize for your company mishap. read full review »
