Fairpoint Communications has to be the worse company on the face of the earth. All throughout New England it has been a nightmare. I have been trying to get a phone installed since September. Finally they assure me they connected it 12/7. It isn't even connected to the house and they are charging me for service.. Every time you call you get a different person and different story.
