I have been taking my car to Sears for a couple of years. The slow Customer Service has been getting worse each time. Today when I went to pick up my car, there were 12 people on line to see ONE Customer Rep. From 3 to 4 pm, the other reps disappeared, and even the one rep that was working was trying to figure out where everyone went. I waited an hour to pay and get my car.The price is no bargain and the service is not existent. Skip Sears, plenty of Mom and Pop shops that will welcome a paying customer these days. read full review »
