I went to the local BP local gas station to purchase gas at the pump with swiping my adp debit card, I then forgot that there would be a holding fee and quickly cancelled the transaction and proceeded to pay for gas inside in which my sale declined due to the fact that my transaction was pending eventhough I purchased not a single drop of gas and no money in my account to even get gas due to the holding fee...
