2 years ago we purchased a samsung refridgerator. A couple of weeks ago we came home and the refridge was not working. We contacted Samsung and they refered us to A & E Services. A & E was suppose to show up on Saturday Dec. 18th between 1pm and 5pm. I contacted A & E at 3:30pm to find out where and when this repair was going to be performed.
