I had just refilled my phone's minutes last night. Since I have lost my job it was difficult for me to even get this next group of minutes till i get my my new job. Suddenly I wake up this morning and the phone is no longer active. I called coustomer service but got nothing from them other then it shows my phone is inactive. They told me i would have to buy a new card to get my phone up and running again. This is ridiculous cause i can't spare any more money on a card untill I have a job and i need a phone so they can contact me.
