The owner of this site e-mails the night before the event to say the tickets you thought you purchased are no longer available. The tickets he tries to sell you instead are at least double the original ticket amount. There is a clause on the order form and the receipt that if your original tickets are no longer available then you agree to accept equivalent or better seats at the same price.. He DOES NOT stand behind this claim. You will be screwed over. It happened to me twice for a concert and a hockey game. He was extremely vulgar and rude via email and does not care about the customer or their satisfaction. read full review »
