Citi flex line of credit is using a tactics to collect extra money from their customer. Their style??? sending billing statement late or not sending it at all so that customer will either pay 15.00 dollar over the phone or pay 29.00 dollars late fee I hope that they will face a mass lawsuit for doing this practices. The only option you have to pay them is either over phone or mail your check how come they don't have an option to let customer pay on the internet wow!!!
