Well, it started off on the beginning of November. My husband and I have not been receiving bills for our phone service. So my husband calls Century Link to request billing. When he called there was a lady on the line who told him that she would take care of the situation, she also told him our bill was way past due (high Balance), so she said she would set up payment arrangements for us, that we needed to pay $40 every two weeks that he got paid until December.
