I placed an order on 12/6; got a confirmation that order would be shipped via UPS. On 12/17 they stated the product was being shipped. It finally arrived today, 12/23. Seriously, no communication and reason why the delay. They stated the product was in stock and ready to ship. These guys suck and I will never buy from them again. read full review »
