I ordered products over 2 months ago and only received half of my order. There was no explanation in the packaging as to why the rest of the order was not there. I called twice and no response. I emailed twice and finally received a response. They said the products were backordered and I could either wait an additional 3-4 weeks for the products, or receive a refund. I choose the refund.
