Ordered this phone for christmas for my son, only to find out that this is the worst company ever. The phone never got activated and got a new person everytime I called customer service which had me perform the same tests, codes and calls the each of the previous people had me do, always putting you on hold and never fixing the problem. So I finally told them to stick it up their @$%*& and give me a credit. I had been on the phone enough just in the 4 days that I had it and couldn't take it anymore. I would rather sign a 50 year contract with a good company that deal with these people again. read full review »
