Please, please, please save yourself the aggravation and use someone else. Fred, the owner, is one of the most unethical people in his profession. He will promise you the world until he gets your money and not deliver on any of his promises. The work is sub par. He cuts corners whenever and wherever he can and if it doesn't meet code requirements, he blames the homeowner and asks for more money to do it the "right" way.
