Our water heater broke and Douglas (no last name given) was called. He came in and we indicated that not only did we not have hot water but we had leaks coming from the heater. Douglas evaluated the problem and noted that all that was necessary was a new thermostat. He quoted $300. NOTE: that we specifically told Douglas, the owner, that if a new heater was recommended, we would rather get the heater. He assured us it was not necessary.
