The service has been down for 5 days for my landline no agents are helpful they post no updates they are ultra rude and you wait a minimum of 45 minutes to speak to one of the rude agents, the last agent was interrogating me about the weather because of the rain and made out that the company was blameless well I guess people will be leaving that company for better rates and service.Maybe they should train their personnel to be polite and invoke business ethics for the customers who are keeping them in their jobs read full review »
